Who We Are

LV Sync is a photography event management platform operated by LV Branding. We provide tools for event photographers to register attendees, deliver event photos, and send gallery notifications. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use LV Sync.

Information We Collect

  Your name, email address, and mobile phone number, provided voluntarily during event registration.

  One or more selfie photos captured during registration, used solely to help photographers identify and match your photos.

  Photos taken by the event photographer that are assigned to your gallery by the photographer.

  Device & usage data

  Browser type, device type, and IP address collected automatically when you access your gallery link.

How We Use Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure (hosted on AWS). Selfie photos and event photos are stored in private storage buckets — they are never publicly accessible. Access is only possible via time-limited signed URLs (valid for 1 hour) generated on-demand for authorized users. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

Who Can See Your Photos

  Anyone with your unique gallery link can view your assigned photos. Your link is a private UUID — keep it confidential.

  Event photographer / admin

  The photographer and their team can view your selfie and assigned photos within the LV Sync admin tool.

  No one else

  Photos are not indexed, searchable, or accessible to the public.

SMS & Email Communications

By providing your phone number and/or email during registration and tapping I Agree, you consent to receive a maximum of 2 messages per event: a registration confirmation and a gallery notification. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. For full SMS consent details, see our Consent page.

Data Retention

We retain your registration data (name, contact info, selfie, assigned photos) for as long as the event is active on the platform. If you request deletion of your data, or when an event is archived by the photographer, your personal data will be removed from our systems within 30 days. Photos stored in our systems are not backed up to any external third-party services.

Children's Privacy

LV Sync is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of LV Sync after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
