Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LV Sync (the "Service"), operated by LV Branding ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including event attendees, event photographers, and administrators.

Description of Service

LV Sync is a photography event management platform that enables event photographers to register attendees, upload event photos, assign photos to attendees, and deliver private gallery links via email and SMS. Attendees access their photos through a unique, private gallery URL.

Attendee Registration

  Accurate information

  You agree to provide accurate name, email address, and phone number during registration.

  Selfie consent

  By completing registration, you consent to capturing a selfie photo used solely for photo matching purposes.

  Gallery link

  Your gallery link is private and unique to you. You are responsible for keeping it confidential. Anyone with the link can view your photos.

  Age requirement

  You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Photos & Intellectual Property

  Photographer ownership

  Event photos remain the intellectual property of the event photographer. LV Sync does not claim ownership of any photos uploaded to the platform.

  Personal use

  Photos delivered to your gallery are provided for your personal use. Commercial use, redistribution, or resale of event photos may require separate permission from the photographer.

  Selfie photos

  Selfie photos you submit are used only for photo matching and identification within the platform. They are not used for any other purpose.

  Takedown requests

  If you believe any content violates your rights, contact us at admin@lvbranding.com with a description of the content and the basis of your claim.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

  Attempt to access photos or data beyond your own authorized gallery link.

  Abuse the platform

  Submit false registration information or impersonate another person.

  Scrape or automate

  Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service.

  Illegal activity

  Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

  Harm others

  Upload, share, or distribute harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

Administrator & Photographer Terms

  Account security

  Administrators are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

  Content responsibility

  Photographers are responsible for all photos uploaded to the platform and ensuring they have the right to upload and distribute such content.

  Attendee consent

  Photographers are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from event attendees for photography at their events.

  Data handling

  Administrators agree to use attendee data only for the purposes of photo delivery and not for any other marketing or commercial purpose.

Service Availability

We strive to keep LV Sync available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service unavailability.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. LV Branding does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LV Branding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of photos, or loss of revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service, if any.

SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number during registration, you agree to receive SMS messages as described in our Consent page. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. LV Branding is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Houston, Texas.
